Georgia Man Charged With Cruelty In Forced Tattoo On 3 Yr Old Son
A Georgia man in Floyd County was charged with cruelty after authorities claim he tattooed his 3-year-old son during a family cookout.
Floyd County Police Sgt. Teri Davis said the father, Eugene Ashley, 24, tattooed the back of his son’s right shoulder with the initials “DB” — which stands for “Daddy’s Boy” — sometime in the spring.
An unidentified person made a complaint to the Department of Family and Children Services about the conditions at the Ashley home. During that time the tattoo was discovered.
Eugene Ashley was arrested May 21 and will face charges of child cruelty and tattooing a person younger than 18 years old.
11Alive.com reports that the father held the child down as the father tattood his son.
